As a new organization Maine Outdoor Brands wanted to effectively communicate their mission statement and goals to their members and the public and teamed up with 360 Media Ventures to do so. 360MV researched the members of the organization, identified brands to highlight, and wrote up a comprehensive treatment that weaved together the stories that best represented the themes most important to MOB.

Our production plan for this piece consisted of shoots with each highlighted brand in their manufacturing facility or office, as well as lifestyle and outdoor shoots to showcase how people enjoy and experience Maine’s outdoors.

The Maine Outdoor Brand piece titled, “Making it in Maine”, had a multi-platform premier at Outdoor Retailer as well as on MOB’s Facebook page. Since then the piece has played at several events including the Maine Outdoor Brands one-year anniversary party and is also being used by the state’s Department of Economic and Community Development to help grow the outdoor recreation economy.
